I am a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor helping women feel strong, confident and supported in their bodies.

I want people to feel like they are meeting a real person, not only a trainer. My coaching is positive, personal and built around making training motivating, enjoyable and sustainable.

I create a safe space where beginners, returning clients and confident movers can all feel seen and taken care of.

My story

A healthier relationship with training.

I know what it is like to have an unhealthy mindset around food, body and training. Earlier, training was connected to control, perfection and appearance.

Today I train because I love and respect my body. That journey is the reason I help other women build strength while also building a kinder relationship with themselves.
